The design took on a 'lean UX design' approach, planned around an agile development methodology. 
As part of my role as the lead UX designer, I defined and researched 10 'proto persons' (Training Manager, Team Leader, HR Manager, Org. Consultant, School Principal, Teacher, Tutor, University Professor, Parent, and Independent User).
 
The UI design took into account responsive web behavior (RWD), supporting multiple screen sizes from mobile to desktop. I closely collaborated with the engineering team to determine beaking points and verticle vs. landscape UI responsiveness. 

 
A major feature of the Accelium System is it's game performance insights. In order to provide relevant insights and a personalized experience, we are using data collected from thousands of user's game performance and analyzing it in order to determine the most relevant triggered insights.
