Customers with access to the platform have the option to upload past blood results through which they can gain a historical view of their biomarker trends over time.

The Challenge
Customers grappled with a clunky and confusing blood result upload system: unclear instructions led to upload failures, language limitations left some excluded, missing result dates sparked support tickets, and the lack of manual entry and vague result timelines fueled frustration.

Now, users are greeted with clear choices, transparent timelines, and effortless navigation. Supported languages are clearly stated, and step-by-step instructions simplify data entry and file uploads. This visually intuitive redesign ensures a seamless and satisfying experience.
