Project Background
InsideTracker's business model heavily relies on customers' continuous repurchase of blood tests. It has been a priority to shift the company towards a membership-based model whereby customers pay for access to the InsideTracker platform.
The Challenge
Various approaches were investigated during the process of determining the nature of an InsideTracker membership. One method involved examining the potential customer journey, and a UX storyboard was developed to facilitate discussions about the customer experience.
